Surveys
If you like our range of work tops or any other products that might appeal to you, we could come over to your house and take proper measurements, suggest the best design and give you an estimate of how much it would cost you. We will send in the experts to do a neat and proper survey so that we can give you a good idea of what would suit you best.
Also, if you have something in mind, you can talk it over with our people and they will help you out with all the technical details and explain the logistics involved.
Plans
Once we have got a fair idea of what you want from us we can give you a near exact plan of what should go into your work area. You could choose from an array of marble, stone or granite worktops that could compliment your taste and sense of style. Or we could just make things stylish for you by using our own expertise on what we think best suits your style. But we usually trust your judgment.
Selection
At StonebyDesign we let you choose the raw material that you would like to use as your work area either in your kitchen, bathroom, study or any other possible place. We have experts at hand who will be glad to assist you in making the right choice.
At StonebyDesign, we stock a varied array of stones, marble and granite in a rainbow of colours that has never been seen before. There’s just so much to choose from. You can also take home samples and see the difference it can make to your home. Trust us; you will be back for more.

Cutting
We make sure that when we cut slabs of stone, we use the best techniques to do so and we make sure we are precise. Stone-cutting has come a long way since the times of the mallet and the chisel. Today, at StonebyDesign, we make use of the latest stone cutting procedures to give the neatest and sharpest cut possible. We also have provisions for specialized cutting, cutting of angles, bevels and the like.
Besides using the best techniques and methods, we also employ some really advanced tools to assist us in giving your slab of stone that perfect cut that makes it look just right and more importantly, fits in just right.
Polishing
After the selecting and the cutting of stone, it’s all down to the polishing. And we make sure we do an excellent job of it. Our stone polishes make your work areas look grand and spectacular. After we are done with the polishing stage, we assure you a feel of grandeur and luxury that will only befit royalty. Our polishes make the stone slabs seem classy.
We take great care to use appropriate materials to polish the various stones that pass through this stage. Great pains are taken to ensure that corrosion and other bodily harm does not occur to the stone slab. Another thing about polishing is that it protects the stone from the elements and gives it a long durable life.
Fitting
This is a very important stage. We will send in our fitting professionals to do the job and we guarantee a good and thorough job. Once the fitting has been completed, you are ready to go. You can go ahead and work on your beautifully laid stone work top.
Stone Care
It is highly important that after everything has been said and done, you take care of your stone worktops so that they maintain their look and feel. There are many products out there that will do a good job of protecting your stone surfaces from daily spills, messes and oil stains. Remember to always sweep, mop or dust the surface, it keeps the stone tops shining and clean. But it is recommended to get a stone worktop solution to do a proper job of cleaning and protecting your stonework tops from the elements as well as the daily grime it can accumulate.
